No decurso da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o, apurou-se ainda que o suspeito exerceu viol\u00eancia \u00e0 v\u00edtima durante a gravidez, tendo continuado com o mesmo comportamento ap\u00f3s o nascimento da filha de ambos de dois meses.
