A iniciativa pretende tamb\u00e9m motivar os produtores locais a privilegiar ingredientes tradicionais, garantindo a qualidade e autenticidade dos produtos, ao mesmo tempo que promove o desenvolvimento econ\u00f3mico e o turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Este festival integra-se no programa cultural da Semana Santa e complementa o Festival Gastron\u00f3mico do Cabrito e do Borrego, refor\u00e7ando a aposta do munic\u00edpio na divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das tradi\u00e7\u00f5es locais.
