O objetivo \u00e9 simples mas essencial: garantir comunica\u00e7\u00f5es fi\u00e1veis entre servi\u00e7os fundamentais, mesmo quando as redes convencionais &#8211; como internet ou telem\u00f3vel &#8211; falham.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Uma rede pr\u00f3pria, pensada para cen\u00e1rios exigentes<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O sistema assenta numa infraestrutura aut\u00f3noma, combinando tecnologia de sat\u00e9lite com voz sobre IP. Na pr\u00e1tica, permite comunica\u00e7\u00f5es diretas e seguras entre centros operacionais, munic\u00edpios e equipas no terreno, recorrendo a equipamentos t\u00e3o diversos como telefones fixos, m\u00f3veis ou smartphones. No centro da opera\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 um servidor de comunica\u00e7\u00f5es instalado no Comando Sub-Regional da ANEPC, respons\u00e1vel pela gest\u00e3o de chamadas, utilizadores e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b>Cobertura regional com arquitetura distribu\u00edda<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o foi desenhada para garantir robustez e continuidade, organizando-se em v\u00e1rios n\u00edveis:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul type=\"DISC\">\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Um centro principal, que assegura o controlo global da rede<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Um centro complementar (VCOC), que refor\u00e7a a capacidade operacional<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dez munic\u00edpios com liga\u00e7\u00f5es redundantes via sat\u00e9lite<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Kits m\u00f3veis de emerg\u00eancia, preparados para atua\u00e7\u00e3o no terreno, mesmo sem infraestrutura existente<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Um dos pontos fortes do sistema \u00e9 a sua resili\u00eancia. Inclui comunica\u00e7\u00f5es via sat\u00e9lite independentes das redes tradicionais, equipamentos distribu\u00eddos para evitar falhas cr\u00edticas, solu\u00e7\u00f5es m\u00f3veis de r\u00e1pida ativa\u00e7\u00e3o e, em alguns casos, alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f3noma que permite funcionamento mesmo sem energia el\u00e9trica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Com esta rede, entidades como prote\u00e7\u00e3o civil, munic\u00edpios e centros operacionais passam a estar ligadas de forma direta e permanente.
