(IHRU) abriu, no dia 12 de maio, 18 concursos para atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de 68 habita\u00e7\u00f5es por sorteio, no \u00e2mbito do Programa de Apoio ao Arrendamento (PAA). O prazo para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de candidaturas decorre at\u00e9 ao pr\u00f3ximo dia 22 de maio de 2026.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">As habita\u00e7\u00f5es dispon\u00edveis, em regime de arrendamento acess\u00edvel, abrangem as Tipologias T1 a T5 e localizam-se em 25 concelhos do pa\u00eds: \u00c1gueda, Aveiro, Bai\u00e3o, Barcelos,, Cartaxo, Cascais, Cinf\u00e3es, Coimbra, Entroncamento, \u00c9vora, Figueira da Foz, Lisboa, Ma\u00e7\u00e3o, Machico &#8211; Madeira, Nelas, Oeiras, Pa\u00e7os de Ferreira, Penafiel, Peniche Portel, Porto, Sat\u00e3o, Set\u00fabal, Sines e Vila Real.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Podem candidatar-se pessoas singulares ou agregados habitacionais que cumpram os crit\u00e9rios de elegibilidade definidos pelo Programa e as condi\u00e7\u00f5es estabelecidas no aviso do respetivo concurso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Para concorrer, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio obter previamente o Certificado de Registo de Candidatura na Plataforma do PAA, no Portal da Habita\u00e7\u00e3o, preenchendo os dados do agregado habitacional e anexando a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o exigida.
